Data and Privacy Requests
You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate records, or ask for deletion of your submission. To submit a request:
- Email info@lpbservices.com
- Use the subject line: Data Request or Delete My Data
- Include the name and email address used in your submission
We will respond within 5 business days and complete all valid requests within 30 days.
Technical Issues and Billing
If you experienced a payment that did not result in a delivered report, or if your report failed to generate, contact us immediately at info@lpbservices.com and include:
- Your name and email address used at checkout
- The state and tax type from your submission
- Approximate date and time of the issue
We will locate your record and resolve the issue or issue a refund within 2 business days.
